Finding LOVE

Finding love is not easy. They say it is better to let love find you than the other way around. Finding the one may take a second or the rest of your lives. For many single men and women, especially during the Valentines season, a day without any special someone is an omen in itself. There are a lot of ways, ideas and tips found on books, horoscopes and movies about searching for your soul mate and the perfect partner that fits the very concept of marriage. 2.Never be afraid to meet someone new. If you want to explore possible relationships, do not hide yourself from public. Just welcome possibilities of meeting new people. "Luv" can be discovered from anywhere and not grabbing chances will make waiting longer.

3.It's all about positivity. Any girl who's looking for a boyfriend should have a positive outlook. If you've easily given up on love, it will show through your aura. Just pray and be positive. It will come when you least expect it so do not be too edgy and use the time to make yourself ready for that someone.

Top five cancer-causing foods

I found this in my email.. sent by a friend of mine... so i just want to share this to all....mwahhh....

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1. Hot dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.



2. Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.



3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.


4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .



5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

This photo was captured when my friends and my brothers went at Crocodile Park, Davao City, Philippines. When I first saw the snake, I was really scared to death. There were unpleasant thoughts that came into my mind when the caretaker was handling the snake and letting other people to touch it. At first, I didn’t dare to lay a hand on it. I was so afraid. Who wouldn’t? It is my first time to touch a snake or even the crocodile face to face. But then my colleagues and I found it so harmless when almost all the people in the park started to handle the tamed creature. So after a couple of minutes, I faced my fear and tried to stroke, feel the skinny and tamed animal. With confidence, check out photos for an unforgettable experience…



“Face your fear”… most of the common notions that we utter or say to ourselves or even an advice we give to the people whom we care whenever we or they encounters stumbling block and hardships in our lives.
